Program Details & Description
Our Olympic Lifting program is aimed to teach you how to move better and more effectively with heavy weightlifting. Our OLY classes are coached by an experienced USAW Certified Coach, and programming includes a variety of exercises and accessory work to support technical proficiency, safety, and recovery with the main Olympic lifts: snatch, and clean and jerk.
