Our Bootcamp program is a type of high-intensity interval training (HIIT), which consists of bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity and recovery. Classes may include short distance running, bodyweight movements, kettlebell training, core stability, speed and agility drills, plyometrics, rowing, biking, and more!
