Olympic Lifting

Tailored for those wanting to improve their skills and technique in the main Olympic lifts (snatch, clean and jerk).

Our Olympic Lifting program is aimed to teach us how to move better as we lift heavy weights. Our OLY classes are coached by an experienced USAW Certified Coach, and programming includes a variety of exercises and accessory work to support technical proficiency, safety, and recovery with the main Olympic lifts: snatch, and clean and jerk.
