Coached Open Gym

A time where you can work one on one with a coach on your choice of movements!

Our coached open gym is a designated time each day for members to work out outside of class time with a coach present to support whatever is desired. This time can be used to do additional accessory work or weightlifting, work with a coach on skill acquisition, hit the WOD if you couldn’t make a group class, or stretch and mobilize.
