I began my CrossFit journey in 2018, when my regular, solo workout routine began getting lonely and redundant. As a previous athlete, I was craving a team sport where I would find discipline, encouragement, and good ol’ fashioned playful competition! I immediately fell in love with the CrossFit community, and my love for CrossFit grew deeper as I immersed myself more and more in the methodology. A few years later I found myself motivated to deepen my connection to the community and help others recognize what their bodies can do for them. So, I earned my CrossFit Level 1 certification and went on to coach. When our family moved to Boerne in the summer of 2022, we knew Hill Country CrossFit was our forever box. I am “Wife” to Coach Travis, “Mama” to Parker, Hayden, and our two doggos, and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, by trade. Fun fact: my favorite CrossFit movements are the clean and jerk, and anything that gets me upside down (give me all the handstands!).
